Had a great stay! The breakfast spread was awesome, especially with Oomesh and Ziyad making it special. My room was clean and cozy. Just a heads up, the check-in was a bit slow and I faced some minor issues with the key card, but overall it was a solid experience!

The Executive Deluxe Room was spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfy atmosphere for my family. We particularly loved the delicious breakfast spread and the attentive staff, especially Oomesh and Ziyad, who made our mornings brighter with their cheerful service.

The staff in the restaurant were incredibly polite, and the in-house food was tasty with a limited but satisfactory vegetarian menu.

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious Executive Beautiful Room. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the breakfast was quite good. The staff was especially helpful We found a great bar nearby for dinner too! 😄

Request a freshen-up service if you arrive early. the front desk is very accommodating to business travelers.

Enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn Heritage Hotel in Byculla. The room was spacious and very clean, with a huge bathroom. Breakfast spread was great daily, especially loved the tea and the friendly service from the staff in the restaurant. Mr Satish stood out with his welcoming smile. Also, the hotel staff, like Mr Farooq and Mr Moin, were genuinely helpful and made my stay easier with their tips for exploring the city. The location was perfect for getting taxis easily to major attractions like the Gateway of India. On the downside, I found some electrical outlets in the room to be incompatible with my international plugs, which was inconvenient. Additionally, while the room was clean, the floor could feel a bit uneven at times. Overall, these issues slightly affected my experience but didn't overshadow the positive aspects of my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort and service.

I had a great stay! The breakfast buffet was varied with different options daily, and the food was delicious. However, the wi-fi was not reliable during my visit.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like 24-hour reception, laundry, express check-in, and a bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me print my boarding pass. I’m definitely coming back for a weekend!
